No Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept physical returns.
Free Replacements
Damaged, incorrect, or substandard orders are replaced at no cost.
7-Day Window
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a replacement.
No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds and the strict handling requirements involved, we are unable to accept physical returns under any circumstances. All sales are considered final once an order has shipped. We strongly encourage you to review product details, CoA documentation, and sizing options before placing your order.
When We Issue Replacements
While we cannot accept returns, we will issue a free replacement if your order: (1) arrives damaged or compromised, (2) contains the wrong product or size, or (3) fails to meet the purity level stated in the product listing and Certificate of Analysis. In these cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement
Email us at support@orvantalabs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and — where applicable — a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours. Approved replacements ship within the next available fulfillment window.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. If your order has already been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@orvantalabs.com with your order number.
Refunds
Monetary refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Orvanta Labs — for example, in cases of confirmed duplicate charges or verified payment errors. Refunds, if approved, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
