Order Processing
All orders placed before 2:00pm EST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Cold Shipping
Our peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and are stable at room temperature during standard transit. Cold shipping is not required but is available upon request for an additional fee. If you would like cold shipping added to your order, note it at checkout or contact us before placing your order.
Packaging & Discretion
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names or branding appear on the outside of the package. Shipments include full tracking and are covered under our shipment protection policy.
Domestic Only
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is in development — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
Shipment Protection
Every order is covered under our shipment protection policy. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
